Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Alphastack Digital Solutions Ltd (“Alphastack”, “we”, “us”), the owner and operator of Camplugie, Garki, Abuja, Nigeria. By creating an account or using Camplugie (the Android app, website or web app) you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Payments, Escrow & Refunds policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use Camplugie.
Who can use Camplugie
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
Camplugie is built for university communities. You agree that the information you give us (name, email, university) is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Keep your sign-in secure and never share your Swift delivery PIN with anyone until you have received your item or service.
One person, one account. You may not sell or transfer your account.
What Camplugie is
Camplugie is a platform that lets students and campus vendors list items and services, chat, pay through escrow, arrange delivery with Swift runners, form groups, and hold calls and lectures. We are not the seller, buyer, runner or vendor in any transaction. Items and services are offered by independent users, who are responsible for what they list, its description, its legality and its delivery. We do not inspect items and do not guarantee their quality, safety or legality.
Buying, selling, escrow and the wallet
When you pay for an item through Camplugie, the money is held in escrow and released to the seller’s Camplugie wallet when the order is completed — for example when you confirm you received it, when a Swift runner completes delivery with your PIN, or when a food vendor marks the order delivered.
Wallet balances are held for your use inside Camplugie. They are not a bank account, are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.
When you withdraw money from your wallet to your bank, Camplugie deducts a platform commission (currently 5% of the amount withdrawn). Referral rewards for ambassadors are paid out of Camplugie’s commission and do not increase what you pay.
Swift delivery fees are shown to you before you confirm a request.
Payments are processed by Paystack and are also subject to Paystack’s terms. You authorise us to give Paystack the information needed to process your payments, refunds and withdrawals.
You keep ownership of what you post (listings, photos, messages, posts). You give Camplugie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, copy and deliver that content for the purpose of running and promoting Camplugie.
You promise you have the right to post what you post and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
What you must not do
List or sell anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or prohibited (see the Community Guidelines)
Scam, mislead or harass other people, or move a deal off-platform to avoid escrow
Use Camplugie for money laundering, fraud, or to pay for illegal goods or services
Abuse, hack, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer Camplugie, or try to access another person’s account, wallet or data
Post sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any content that exploits or endangers children — this is reported to the authorities
Record or share other people’s calls, lectures or private chats without their permission
Reports, blocking and enforcement
You can report and block other users in the app. We may investigate reports, remove content, hold or reverse transactions that appear fraudulent, suspend or close accounts, and share information with law-enforcement where the law requires or allows. We try to be fair, but we may act without notice where needed to protect people or the platform.
Ambassador programme
Ambassadors may earn a share of Camplugie’s commission on sales made by students they refer, according to the rules shown in the app. We may change or end the programme, and we may withhold rewards that result from fraud, self-referral or abuse.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Camplugie running but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or stop features. We may update these Terms; if the changes are important we will tell you in the app or by email, and continuing to use Camplugie means you accept them.
Ending your account
You can stop using Camplugie and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account actions → Delete account, or see Delete Your Account). We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payments owed, liability and governing law) survive the end of your account.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
Camplugie is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty about items, services or other users.
Because transactions are between independent users, we are not responsible for the conduct of buyers, sellers, runners or vendors, or for items that are not as described, late or not delivered — though our escrow and dispute process is there to help.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to Camplugie is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or ₦50,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your rights under Nigerian consumer-protection law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally. If we cannot, the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Google Play
If you installed Camplugie from Google Play, these Terms are between you and Alphastack Digital Solutions Ltd only. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for Camplugie or its support.
