Be good to each other
Camplugie is a community of students. Treat everyone with respect. Disagree politely. No harassment, bullying, hate, threats or discrimination — including about tribe, religion, gender, disability or where someone comes from.
Buying and selling
Pay through Camplugie. Do not ask or agree to pay outside the app — that is how most scams happen, and escrow can only protect payments made inside Camplugie.
Be honest. Use real photos and accurate descriptions and prices.
Meet safely. Meet in public, busy campus places in daylight. Bring a friend for high-value items. Check the item before confirming you received it.
Protect your PIN. Only give your delivery PIN after you have your item.
Not allowed on Camplugie
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or fake goods, including fake or leaked exam papers and academic-cheating services
Weapons, drugs and other controlled substances, alcohol and tobacco sold to minors, and any other item the law bans
Adult or sexually explicit content or services
Anything involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children — reported immediately to the authorities
Scams, pyramid or “double your money” schemes, phishing, and requests for other people’s passwords, PINs or OTPs
Spam, repeated unwanted messages, and fake accounts or reviews
Doxxing, sharing private information or private chats of other people, or recording calls and lectures without consent
Content that promotes violence, self-harm or terrorism
Groups, calls and lectures
Group admins and lecturers are responsible for the rooms they run. Keep lectures on topic and mute yourself when you are not speaking.
Do not disrupt, record without permission, or share lecture links with people who should not be there.
Admins may remove members and messages that break these guidelines.
Reporting and blocking
See something wrong? Open the person’s chat, tap the menu, and choose Report user, or Block to stop them contacting you. You can also email us. We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts, hold payments under investigation, and report serious cases to the authorities.
Consequences
Breaking these guidelines or our Terms can lead to removed content, restricted features, suspended or permanently closed accounts, and legal action where the law is broken.
Camplugie is owned and operated by Alphastack Digital Solutions Ltd, a company founded on 27 June, with its office in Garki, Abuja, Nigeria.
