Use the subject “Delete my Camplugie account” and include your username.
We may ask you to confirm it’s really you. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, username, photo, bio)
Your listings and posts
Messages you sent, and your group memberships
Your notification tokens and saved bank payout reference
Your blocks and notification settings
Your sign-in account — you will not be able to sign in again
What we keep, and why
Completed order, receipt and wallet-transaction records are kept without your name for as long as Nigerian tax, accounting, anti-fraud and dispute rules require. Information we must keep by law, or need to handle an open dispute or investigation, may be kept until that is finished. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Before you delete
Withdraw any money left in your wallet (or send it) — deletion is blocked while there is a balance.
Finish or cancel any order in progress — deletion is blocked while money is held in escrow.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Want to keep your account but stop alerts?
Go to Settings → Notifications and switch off what you don’t want, or switch off push notifications entirely.
